Alex is passionate about partnering with founders and employees of wonderful businesses to grow their companies for the long-term.

Prior to starting Allegiant, Alex was Vice President of Apax, one of the leading global private equity firms. At Apax, Alex partnered with consumer, business and financial services businesses across the U.S. Before joining Apax, Alex was a member of the investment team at Centerbridge Partners, where he worked on a range of private equity and credit investments in North America. Alex began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Alex holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton and Benjamin Franklin Scholar.

MANAGING PARTNER

Ashley is an investor and an entrepreneur with extensive experience and a track record of investing in and advising dynamic companies.

Prior to joining Allegiant, Ashley was the CEO of JED Group, a luxury apparel and accessories brand. At JED, she oversaw all aspects of marketing, sales and distribution, global manufacturing, human resources, and financial operations.

Ashley has had a distinguished career as an investor. Ashley co-founded RIME Communications Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage, technology-driven consumer products and services businesses. Prior to RIME, Ashley was a founding Partner at Baker Capital, one of the first investment firms focused technology-enabled services businesses. Prior to Baker Capital, Ashley was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. She began her career at Fred Alger Management in New York.

Ashley received an A.B. magna cum laude in History from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
